After celebrating St. Patrick's Day this past weekend,
I haven't been able to stop thinking about bagpipes.
(Confession: I've even been listening to Celtic music on pandora all week long)
I love seeing a bagpiper at a wedding ceremony. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
The sound of the pipes is so stunning and
it leaves quite the unexpected impression on your guests.
It definitely is a pleasant change from 'Here Comes the Bride'.
There are countless ways to incorporate the pipes into your wedding.
-At the ceremony location,
have the piper welcoming guests to set the stage for the day.

-Consider having the bagpiper lead the processional to the sounds of
'Highland Cathedral'.
But keep him hidden until it's time.
It's a great surprise for your guests and it's definitely a showstopper.
